The Q9 sits between them and prioritizes accessibility: a low step-through frame, included racks, and puncture-resistant tires. If you want maximum suspension, the H9 makes more sense. If you want the best-known model with the widest choice of versions, you will end up with the V8 series. For everyday convenience, the Q9 is the most practical of the three.

Brakes, suspension and puncture-resistant tires

Hydraulic disc brakes at the front and rear are appropriate for a 36-kilogram bike. They offer finer modulation than mechanical brakes and maintain their performance in the rain. There is suspension at both the front and rear, which, together with the wide 20-inch tires, smooths out uneven roads. The puncture-resistant tires are the practical detail you only appreciate when your colleague is stranded by the roadside with a flat. Seven gears are more than enough for flat terrain. The brake pads and discs use standard sizes, so they can be replaced at any service center.

Who is the OUXI Q9 for?

For riders approximately 1.50 to 1.95 meters tall who want a fat bike that is ready to use straight away, without first having to add a rack or basket. The maximum total weight is 150 kilograms. One thing to keep in mind: the Q9 is designed for one person, so if you want to carry a passenger on the back, choose a model approved for that purpose.
